ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಕುಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ. ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಪವಿತ್ರ ನದಿ ಕುಮಾರಧಾರಾ. ಈ ಪವಿತ್ರ ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡುವ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು ಸಾವಿರಾರು. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಈ ಪವಿತ್ರ ನದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಲಿನ ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ. ಬಟ್ಟೆ, ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ಈ ಪವಿತ್ರ ನದಿಗೆ ಎಸೆಯಬೇಡಿ. ಈಚೆಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಡುಗಟ್ಟಲೆ ಬಟ್ಟೆ, ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ನದಿಯಿಂದ ತೆಗಯಲಾಯಿತು.
ಕುಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ ಕುಮಾರಧಾರ ನದಿ ಸ್ನಾನಘಟ್ಟ ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಬಟ್ಟೆ , ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದು ಇಡೀ ನದಿಯ ನೀರು ಮಲಿನ ಗೊಂಡಿರುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ ಪಕ್ಕದ ಹರಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ನದಿಯ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ತೇಲಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದು ಇಕ್ಕೆಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಖರಣೆ ಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಮನಗಂಡ ರವಿ ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಪದವು ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಚೇಂಬರ್ ಇಂಟರ್ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಕುಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ ರೀಜನ್ ನ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳದ ತಳಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ದರು. ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು ತೀರ್ಥ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವಳದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಧಕದ ಮೂಲಕ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು ಈ ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಗೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ರವಿಕಕ್ಕೆಪದವು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನದಿಯ ಪಾವಿತ್ರ್ಯತೆ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ದೇವಳದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ರವಿ ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಪದವು ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ರವಿ ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಪದವು, ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಚೇಂಬರ್ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ನಡುತೋಟ, ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವಾ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
